Customers ask in words, not filters
- Searches your catalog and collections, opens product details and sends real product photos.
- Checks availability variant by variant, including which locations can actually ship it.
- When the answer would be no, it offers honest alternatives — similar products filtered down to what is actually in stock — and complementary ones once they have chosen.

- Choose which locations count as available, and whether exact stock numbers are ever shown.
- Cap the discount it may offer — leave the cap at zero and it cannot offer one at all.
- The limits are applied by the connector before the AI sees the data, not by asking it nicely in an instruction.

Which stores does it connect to?
Shopify and WooCommerce are the released connectors. Wix, Tiendanube and Hotmart are in beta. A single checkout link carrying several items is Shopify only today; the others build one item at a time.
Where can it answer?
In private conversations — WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, your website chat and email — and in public comments on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Catalog questions are answered in public; product photos, checkout links and anything about a specific order stay in the private conversation.
Can it invent a price, a discount or a policy?
Catalog answers come from your store at the moment of the question, and the limits you set — locations, stock visibility, maximum discount, compare-at prices — are applied by the connector before the AI ever sees the data. A discount above your cap is not something it can offer.
Does it recognize my customers?
When the channel proves who they are — WhatsApp carries a phone number Meta already verified — when your site signs them in, or after they confirm a one-time code. Order details need that verification. An anonymous visitor on your web chat gets a very good shopping assistant, not someone else's purchase history.
