IcloneU Intelligence
The same person writes from WhatsApp, comments on Instagram, opens your email and buys in your store. IcloneU groups those rows into one contact, keeps it current, and hands the context to every other module.
An exact email, or the last ten digits of a phone number, groups the rows — never names, never guesses.
Order count, total spent and last purchase date, plus the orders themselves, from your connected store.
Interests, communication style, a one-line summary and a sentiment signal, taken from a summary the chat already produces.
Segments and campaigns filter on it, your Clone recognizes the customer when identity allows, and the dashboard reports on it.

Run it over everyone, or over any segment you've saved. It reads what your customers already wrote and comes back with a portrait you can act on.
A stratified sample of your reviews, post comments and conversations — not a handful of cherry-picked ones. If there is too little material to be honest about, it says so instead of guessing.
Who they appear to be and how sure it is, how aware of the problem they are, their goals, pains and objections, the vocabulary they actually use, and a handful of hooks written in that language.
Every goal, pain and objection carries a real quote, and each quote is checked against your own material. Anything that can't be found there is dropped rather than invented.
Regenerate it when your audience shifts — at most once an hour. Earlier versions are kept, so you can see how your customers changed, and you can tell it which parts were useful.
Intelligence isn't a separate screen. It's the contact record the rest of IcloneU writes to and reads from.
Every contact with its type, status, engagement and last-interaction line.
Spend, orders, last purchase, engagement, tags and campaign origin — in plain language if you prefer.
Purchases, linked channels, the attribution journey, notes and what the AI observed.
Top contacts, the audience avatar, recovered revenue and Clone conversions.
No, and we'd rather say so plainly: it's the contact record every other module writes to and reads from. You'll find it in the contacts list, inside a contact, and in a few dashboard sections — not behind its own menu item.
An exact email match, or the last ten digits of the phone number, within your account. Names and fuzzy similarity are deliberately excluded, because a wrong merge is both a reporting error and a privacy problem.
No. There is no churn model, no next-best-message and no send-time optimization. Engagement is arithmetic, interests and sentiment come from reading the conversation, and everything else is what your store and your channels reported.
Contacts are available through the public API and through contact webhooks. Today that covers the record's core fields — contact details, type, status, engagement, source and dates — but not interests, sentiment, purchase totals or campaign data, and there is no CSV export yet.
